In April of 2018, Murals Talk partnered with Arts Altoona and their stART Here Festival in the Juniata section of Altoona, PA. The festival was similar to a classic street festival or block party and was intended to bring some creativity and awareness to this neighborhood. The goal with this project was inclusivity. The subject matter representing the integration of art and culture into our daily lives. The goal was to get as many hand involved in creating and completing the mural as possible, and to complete the mural in just 24hours! We estimated more than 100 people painting on the mural that day ranging in age from 2-89 (the oldest we were aware of!).
